The loan allows 102% LTV off of the appraised value (finance in the 2% funding fee). There is no down payment, no mortgage insurance, 30-yr fixed with competitive rate as well as no reserves required. The property must be located in a Rural Development designated eligible area. The ratios are usually not to exceed 29/41 and the credit needs to be clean and usually at least a 580. Rates are good . . . normally near a Conf Fixed rate.
